BUSINESS POLICY
Deposits
All tattoo appointment deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you notify us with enough time, the deposit becomes a credit valid for 1 year toward a future appointment with Kozo Tattoo.
