01 / Before booking
Confirm the design, size, body placement and price directly with KOZO before booking. Your session must match the approved project.
This page sets out booking conditions. It is not tattoo consent or the liability waiver, which is handled separately.
02 / Deposits & appointment changes
- Deposits are non-refundable. They are applied to the total tattoo price. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice: contact KOZO directly, at least 24 hours before your appointment time, to keep your deposit as credit valid for one year toward a future appointment.
- With less than 24 hours' notice: the deposit is forfeited.
Any transfer conditions previously agreed with KOZO remain unchanged. This page does not modify those agreements.

Full Day

Includes design, preparation, tattooing and breaks.
Full Day timing: 1–2 hours of design and 3–7 hours of tattooing, always within the 8-hour total limit, including preparation and breaks. These ranges are not added together to extend the session.
04 / What Full Day means
Full Day does not mean a complete arm or leg, or unlimited tattoos. Progress depends on the design, size, placement and work required.
- Arm / 4 sections
- 2 from wrist to elbow and 2 from elbow to shoulder.
- Leg / 5 sections
- 2 from ankle to knee and 3 from knee to upper thigh.
These divisions help plan the project. Finishing one section per session is not guaranteed.
